How to display the taskbar on all tracks (3) in Windows 7?
Right-click the taskbar, open properties, and select the Show taskbar on all screens check box. From there, you can actually customize it to your liking - display taskbar handles on all taskbars, or just on a new monitor with a window open
But it looks like this option is not present in my version of Windows, is there an actual hidden setting or something obvious that I’m really missing?

This feature is only available on Windows 8 and above. To use this feature with Windows 7, you need a third-party app such as DisplayFusion.

Note. This can only be used if multiple monitors have the same orientation and resolution.
If you have configured your monitor through the Nvidia Control PanelYou can do this even on Windows 7:
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel
Click on the desktop to open the menu at the top of the window
Flip the surround screens
Disable “Limit taskbar to one view for you”
The first wallpaper is cooled on 3 screens and the second was on my 4th.If I had the following monitor setup in a different orientation, I could also launch the taskbar to it. In my current organization, I only need 3 monitors
PS. based on NVIDIA Control Panel 8.1.940.0 with the new GTX 1050 This setting is nowhere else to be found. Go to “3D Settings” -> on the left “Adjust Surround Sound, PhysX” in the navigation bar. Click the “Span echos with with Surround” field. There you can use screens that work together as one unit Layer.
