- Open Outlook 2010.

- A window for selecting conditions will open. Just click “Next” here. A box opens: This disclosure rule can apply to any message this person receives. This is right? »Click Yes.
- A window for selecting actions will open. Check one of the boxes next to Forwarding to a public group of people. Then click in this special section titled “Step 2: Edit Vehicle Description”. Underline the text of a personal or criminal group.

- If you are migrating to an administration that already exists in Exchange, enter the primary email address or name you want to navigate to in the search bar and click Go in the appropriate window. Press the result button the person wants, then press the To button. The email address appears next to the To field in the item field. Here you can enter several aaddresses. When your transaction is complete, click Finish.
- If you’ve always redirected to a non-Exchange address, or to an external address such as Gmail, just enter the address (s) in the text box next to To and click OK.
