Invalid username or password.
(errorCode = 16)

Solution
Make sure the affected user is redirected to the Tableau Online site and assigned the Licensed Site role.
Reason
The affected user’s site role is set to No License, or the user cannot be a member of the site.

What does event error 10028 mean in Windows 10?
Event error 10028 can be taken into account if ports between computers or servers are known to be blocked. Then the description in your event log reads: Event 10028 DCOM was able to communicate with computer X using one of the configured protocols; PID 1b18 (C: WINDOWS system32 ServerManager.exe) is requested.
