Sometimes your system may return vss retryable error hyper v. There are many reasons that can cause this problem. Hyper-V is used as a Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to help back up and recover virtual turbines (VMs). If additional backup services (volume snapshot) are installed on an external operating system, a VSS requestor is usually installed, which allows VSS freelancers from the guest operating system to participate in backing up most of the virtual machine.
Automotive hard drive port problems (e.g. full hard drives, faultybad hard drives, damaged raids, and the use of 4k drives in older systems) are especially likely as they cause VSS to fail. However, hardware problems of any kind can potentially affect the system’s ability to take snapshots using VSS writers.
I am using a Hyper V host on Win Server 2012 R2 that comes with mixed guest VMs (2008, 2012). We are backing up a VSS issue, as commonly noted in this thread, where backups were unable to migrate VMs using Windows Backup or VERITAS Backup Exec.
When you restart the primary host service or vmms.exe, the VSS Hyper-V Writer locale becomes stable without errors and the backup job succeeds.

Hi guys!
Can anyone help me with my problem?
Hyper-V Host is definitely a fully patched Windows Server 2012 STD – 1.02 TB c: / 34 GB free file. The Hyper-V job is installed. The backup went great last Friday.
1 Windows VM – next year STD server (vhdx i size 1TB) – contains user data and SQL hosting (C hard drive: 100GB / 9GB free, E hard drive: 400GB / 200GB free, G drive : 600 GB / 16 GB).
I restarted the host in addition to the virtual machine, I started the SFC – organization with no problem. VSS writers are on an acceptable virtual machine.
