In the past few days, some of our users have encountered an error when taking screenshots in Windows 8. This problem occurs for several reasons. Now we will deal with them. g.Start Windows 8, go to the general window you want to register, and press the [Windows] and [PrtnScr] keys. All desktop content is immediately captured and therefore saved as a JPG file in the screenshot directory of the Image Library.
Set up your TV the way you want to take a screenshot. Just hold Windows Key + Print Screen. The new screenshot can be found in the screenshots folder in the Image Library as an absolute PNG file.

Or maybe you’re writing for a system website and often need photos to create how-to guidelines for your corporate readers.
Where do I find my Screenshots on Windows 8?
To take a screenshot and save the image directly to the best folder, press the Windows and Print Screen buttons at the same time. You will see your custom screen dim for a short time and simulate a kind of shutter effect. To find your saved screenshot, pNavigate to the default screenshot file located in the C: Users [user] My PicturesSc Screenshots folder.
Whatever the reason, Windows 8 makes it easy to capture an image of your screen. If you’re new to Windows 8.1 or have a Surface Pro 3 or higher, you might be wondering what a screenshot of your program is, so let’s break it down for you right away.

Why can’t I take a screenshot on Windows 8?

- The screen will darken on any change and then return to its basic brightness.
- The screenshot will be placed in a subfolder of the images folder called Screenshots. If the folder with screenshots does not already exist, it will be created automatically.
Method 3. I Have An External Keyboard

To take a screenshot and save the image directly to your folder, press the Windows and Print Screen buttons at the same time. Your screen goes dark for a short time and simulates a shutter effect. If you are using a desktop or computer installation and have an external keyboard, you can press Windows key + PrtScn to use the same function as above. Here, too, each captured image is saved in a folder for screenshots.
Method 4: Old Style

Depending on your hardware, you can use the Windows logo key + PrtScn key as a quick way to print the screen. If your device doesn’t have a PrtScn button, perhaps you can use Fn + Windows Logo Boss + Space to take a screenshot that you can then print.
If you want to keep the old-fashioned way, the only thing to do isThe PrtScn button in Windows 8 is still working. When you click on it, you can copy the image from your counter to the clipboard so that it can be copied and pasted into an application like Paint or Word. With Alt + PrtScn one special window is captured together.
