When I run the term #service squid state command I get the error:

when i run keep control on #service squid restart i get the error:
Stopping /etc/squid/sbin/squid: squid: ERROR: failed to send signal 0 to process 5229: (3) No such process

So I used to delete the /var/run/squid.pid file and try to restart the wizard, but I get the following command error:
