Over the past few days, some of our users have reported high CPU usage with Flash Player.

Open Windows 10 Control Panel using Command Prompt. You can press the Windows Welcome + R keys on your keyboard to start Windows Run. Type cmd and click OK to display the Command Prompt in Windows 10. Then format the Control Panel in the Command Prompt window, press Enter to open the Command Prompt Control Panel (cmd).
Does Flash Player slow down computer?

Additional scanners camera applet (sticpl .cpl ) cannot be run in windows of the last millennium. It has been replaced by the Scanners and Cameras folder, which is very similar in functionality to folders such as remote printers and the network.
How do I run Control Panel tools by typing a command?
Open the Run window from the Start menu. Alternatively, you can also press the center key combination [Windows] + [R].Enter control and media coverage.
Windows will replace the name of the tool you want to use% 1%. For example:
“rundll32.exe shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL appwiz.cpl”.
To run the User Tool in Control Panel, select Ncpa.cpl Users and press Enter.
Why is my CPU usage so high randomly?
A common cause of spikes in CPU usage is infection, spyware, or another form of malware that takes advantage of your main CPU. It could be a scenario where you see a process in the Processes tab of Task Manager that you are not aware of.

Typically, Flash is actually CPU intensive, and Flash content is CPU intensive.
What is the command for control panel?
For example, you can press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box and then press Control, Control Panel, or Enter. This command can also be invoked from the command line or from the PowerShell display.
How do I open the Start menu from the command line?
Just press the Windows and R keys at the same time. This will open the Run command window. This is the fastest way and works with all Windows specific versions.
