Over the past few days, some readers have encountered the 136 Service Fuser Error c762. This problem can occur for many reasons. We will review them now.
Code: 134
Description: Fusing Unit Error The fusing unit indicator is related to hot rolling too long. System Error 134 indicating that the fuser is getting too hot or the fuser table lamp is on too long. Error 134 procedure can also indicate a problem with the fuser assembly with hot bearings, hot thermistor, LVPS roller, or system board in general.
Remedy: 1 Turn on the printer. Open the right fuser access door. Watch the hot jet lamp to see if it turns on or off. You may need to watch the lamp for a few minutes to see if it spins and if it spins sideways. Does the lamp turn on without it? Go to step 2 Replace the assembly. » «lvps. 2 Turn on the printer, then measure the voltage at J33-11 along the entire length of the system board. The voltage should be between +0 and approximately 0.13 VDC and +0.64 VDC when the heat roller lamp turns on and off. Is the voltage rectified? Replace assembly u. “Repairer. Replace most of the “system board”.

Description: Fuse error Fuse lamp stays on for a long time BUR. Error code 135 indicates a problem with the fuser unit that connects your device to the roller support bearings, roller joint thermistor, LVPS, or motherboard.
Remedy: Set the printer to 1. Open each right side of the fuser to find the door. Watch the hot bun indicator to see if it turns on and then off. You may have to stare at the light bulb for a few minutes to see which one turns on and which one turns off. Can the device be turned on and off? Go to procedure 2. Replace the lvps node. 2 Turn on the printer and measure the current at connector J33-12 on the system board. The voltage should be between +0.13 VDC and +0.64 VDC, the lamp will cycle on and off due to the hot roller. Is the voltage good? Replace assembly. “Repairer. Replace “system board”.

Description: Fuser error. Fuser cam position not found.
Remedy: 1 Watch the fuser drive gears rotate during POR. Do armor and weapon upgrades change? Go to Step 2 Go to Step 5 2 Do the gears stop and make a loud humming sound from the fuser drive gears? Replace FRUs in the following order: 1. DR Fuser Board. See Build Fusion Map player. second. fuser drive. See Melt Pump Assembly. 3. “Fusing knot”. Go to step 3. Verify that the control cable from the fuser to J33, where the system board is, is properly installed, I would say. Make sure the cable is properly connected. Is the cable routed correctly? Go to step 4 Install the entire cable. 4 Remove the fuser directly from the printer. Measure the voltage between the DC control mounting pin on the LVPS and pins 2 and 9 of the connector. The voltage should be about +5 VDC. Is the voltage good? Replace “thermoblock”. Replace “Build LVPS”. 5 Check that the fuser shuttle motor is properly installed on cable connector J29 on somemotherboard types. Is the cable installed correctly? in step 6 Lay the line correctly. 6 Remove the fuser fan to access the motor cable. Check that the Auxiliary Fuser Motor cable is properly connected to J1 on some Fuser Drive Motor Boards. Is the cable connected correctly? Installed Replace the following FRUs in the order listed: 1. Fusion drive prompt. See Build Fusion Map player. 2. Fuser drive. See “Fusing Unit”. 3 . 0. System board. See System Board. Install each cable correctly.
