Are Linux Live kernel reports worth reading?
Well, these live kernel reports are usually not particularly interesting. After all, they cannot be fatal errors and should not annoy the user too much. However, I spend a lot of time debugging system crashes when there is no obvious cause.
I only posted this because there are probably a lot of people here from Livna.org. What about
new update of Livna nVidia kernel and kernel modules?
Of course,
2.6.25.14-108 hasn’t been working for several days, and
the corresponding nVidia driver by Livna hasn’t been reworked. This usually happens within
reasonable hours. Looking through the repository, I see that there are other Livna kernel module packages there, and I don’t see anything new to support the kernel version in the development or diagnostic trees. Nothing new either.
Did I miss an article about this? I haven’t been out much lately, so it’s been
harder for me to keep up with the email checklist.
What happens to my old kernel when I update it?
Your old kernel is saved every time you update your current kernel. If you keep updating the kernel, your process memory can quickly fill up. It’s always a good idea to check which old kernels your whole family can get rid of.

Livna’s build system is very complex. This list was an entry a day or
two before
the huge success of the Mirrors core.

Subject: New kernels in progress, but livna buildsys is down so there are few new kmods

For your information, new kernels will be coming to Fedora 8 and Repos 9 at
3:00. But Livna has a good buildsystem glitch, and she can’t build
mods for her in time. From Repent in time of trouble. We will build them
as soon as possible; wait for new kernels
(not security updates).

For your information, new kernels may appear in Fedora 8 and Repos 10 in the next few hours
. But Livna comes up with an unsuccessful buildsys and won’t be able to create new kmods for it in a few days. Forgive the circumstance. We will build them
like as soon as possible; check, wait for new kernel with update
(afaik no security updates).
