Navigating The Ribbon, Menus, And Toolbars
The following ALT key combinations are not real keyboard shortcuts, but they come in handy if you don’t want to use a mouse and don’t know just a hotkey yet, or if it’s correct, not just a hotkey to capture. If you want to change the keys assigned to positive triggered actions, you can assign new policies in Outlook preferences. To do this, go to the “Categories” -> “File” tab. Then in the sectionUnder “Commands”, select “Open file” from “Press new keyboard shortcut”. From there, enter the key or keys you want to use for this command. Click “Assign” and you’re done.
