Whenever I scan an email, I always get the most compelling confirmation: “The following document did not use the art of delivery. Please try again ”and“ EA3226 ”will be written in the“ Result ”direction. No notifications on the screen! 
We spoke to Konica who told us we had a problem connecting to email! thanks to all the methods received.
I cannot find the link to the code you received. Sometimes nothing in service manuals or operating instructions.

From the entire copier screen on the left, drag the Job List and touch details. Your screen should change to display a series of tabs for each, and on this Current Printed tab, all jobs that were printed in the Current Jobs section will be rejected.
