If there is a problem with the scale, an HTML error code will be displayed on the screen. Check the indicated codes and
Follow the instructions to fix the problem once and for all. Table 3-2 Error codes, description of various error codes
which may appear on the display indicates the most likely cause and remedy.
Appears when the batteries are low. About 20 minutes of autonomy
Calibration data does not match current device, degree, calibration and point settings.
Settings are required to restore the scale or recalibrate the scale at the current scale
The following list describes all the different error codes that can appear on the
screen and the suggested solution.
Temporary error Error (probable static discharge of material). If the error persists, the balance needs repair.
The balance is ineffective for stabilizing / taring later in the allotted time. The environment is too high or a hostile balance needs to be re-calibrated.
Incorrect calibration or weight for normalization is not used. Re-calibrate with the correct weight.
RS232 buffer present (if fully installed). May occur if no printer or computer is connected to the interface. To make spooling easier, turn off the scale or invoke the print selection menu
and END.Error
Material causing too low Its own weight signal. Make sure the roller or pad is off. Otherwise, the balance must be repaired.
A hardware error causes the internal weighing signal to be too high. Check the load on the platform, the type of which may be too high. If the error persists, the balance needs to be repaired.
Used when switching on according to specification: the balance was switched on by pushing on the scale or tilting away from the scale. When it rotates, there cannot be hundreds on the plate, and it must stay in its place.
Scale underload condition. Make sure the correct pan support and pan support are installed.
