Approved: Fortect
Last week some of our users encountered an error connecting to 0x8004011d exmerge. This problem occurs for a number of reasons. Now we will deal with them.

First, make sure that the information store service is working properly.
Then check the following items to reduce the problem. Yes
There are several potential possibilities for this error, including:
1. Insufficient database or mailbox rights to create or insert data.
2. The target database for the second phase of the ExMerge program is not currently mounted.
3. The mailbox specified for data retrieval in the scope group of the recovery utility has been moved from the original database.
4. The same database was created in separate recovery groups on 3-way servers.
5. The database indicates that the system operator’s mailbox is disabled. Typically, this should be the first mailbox database configured on a full server. It needs to be mounted in addition to the databases from which data can be retrieved.
