Hello, I am currently shutting down my MACbook Air with Entourage Version 8. I have a problem with forwarding or replying to a specific email with Chinese content. As soon as I click Submit or Email, I am asked, “The action could not be completed. An unknown great error has occurred in Entourage. ” I have no problem sending or even receiving a specific email. At first I thought that this maybe a little more due to Chinese content, but before trying to insert Chinese content in a new email, I was able to send.
Got help or advice on this issue? What could be the reason?
