Over the past few weeks, some of our users have come across a known error message with ERRUR 0x8004210a. This problem occurs for a number of reasons. Now let’s talk about some of them. Outlook error 0x8004210A indicates that the operation timed out waiting for a response from the polling server. Obviously, this usually appears when you publish or receive emails in Outlook. The Outlook error “The process has timed out while waiting for a response from the consumer server” is one of the send / receive errors.
I am using Outlook 2010. Soon, when sending and receiving emails, I receive an error message. An error is reported while getting (0x8004210A) :: ‘Response timed out receiving server (Pop). If you continue to see this message, contact your server administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP). ‘
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I use Outlook 2010 in the morning. When sending and using email, I receive the following error message: Getting “Expanded error (0x8004210A): Process has time-limited access to wait for a response.” from the receiving server (pop). If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or possibly your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

SYMPTOMS. Error 0x800CCC0F is generated when sending broadcasts from Microsoft Outlook. THE FIRST CAUSE. This error actually occurs because the mail client (Outlook) often fails to connect to the MailEnable server. The most likely reason is that the firewall software is interfering with the connection between the client and therefore the server.
