Resume
Windows Installer.Cache is used to store important files so that applications can be installed using the Windows Installer. By default, this cache is located in the c: windows installer folder and cannot be deleted. If the installer’s memory cache is compromised, problems may not occur immediately until you take action, most of which are, for example, uninstalling, repairing, or making a product.
When a product is installed with Windows Installer, the Windows Installer cache stores important files that are required to uninstall and uninstall update applications. The skipped files cannot be copied from one computer to another because these files are unique.
