Recently, some of our users came across the well-known print error message 41.5. This problem occurs for a number of reasons. Let’s discuss this now. There are several factors that can cause Print Service Error 41.5 on HP Laserjet 4000, 4050, and 4100 printers. The simplest check was the Pickup / Separation Roller in the tray or possibly in the cassette compartment. If rack 1 does not have a 41.5 printer error, it is best to replace the power supply.

HP DesignJet 4000
I discovered a LaserJet 4000 that has just started detecting PRINTER ERROR 41.5. I press GO to continue, but a blank site page is printed. In the HP Service Manual for this printer (Table 7-6, page 7-33), I would say the recommended action for any 41.x error is almost certainly to reconnect connections to the split laser scanner and the ECB, and then replace some of these components if necessary.
Before I do this, does anyone have any specific experience with 41 the.5 error on this press?

I just lubricated the clutch. Much cheaper. There is an excellent synthetic lubricant on the human site. I saved a lot of clutches, fixed the scanner motors by adding a few stub locks. Large trash can.
41.5 a – media feed error. I’m not sure why you have messages that appear frequently in the laser / scanner domain, but you shouldn’t. First, you need to try feeding all the media for manual feed and see if everything is in order. I think it should be so. The most common problem I have with the paper separator roller is sitting on the shaft. We can sink it, and again we shouldn’t. If the paper from the manual feeder is correct, remove the paper tray and look at the roll in front of that particular tray. You can s Take the pulley and then remove the black i465 clutch that is behind it. Put the video back in place and see if it works. If so, you will need to completely remove the excess clutch shavings from the small clutch shaft hitting a hard surface to separate it, and then remove about 1/3 to 1/2 of the magnetic chips. and go back upstairs. Or your rollers may wear unevenly and the paper simply does not feed properly. They replace roles on this site. Let us know how you are doing.

I submit that in the past few days 2 people have talked about this treatment plan … I will probably have to look at it the next time I am at the execution site to see what it is and then understand why it is actually happens. … and what the clutch is definitely for … and what documents they refer to … and why some distances might help … also now … you can skCan you tell me what changes have been made to this pickup improvement issue? I have never really looked at the internal paper tray since I don’t have a problem yet that requires my home. lol

Removing some people from the back reduces stress on the grip and allows him to think more freely. I don’t understand why this is a problem-solving choice. I just know it helps.

Not so long ago I had a printing specialist who corrected this very condition. The gray roller in the paper cup has somehow shifted to the left, causing it to come off the wheel that drives the roller. Technology has simply inserted the reel onto the drive wheel with adi. The problem was resolved in almost five seconds.
If buyers read my original post, I have recommended that in most cases this zoom error occurs when the separator roller is detached from the shaft. A pairing problem usually results in Jam error 13, but not error 41.5.

I had the same problem and found that a staple was stuck around the platen, preventing the paper from feeding properly. Error 41.5 is mainly due to the paper not reaching the sensors as expected.

I have the same prblm. I am a technician and have recently serviced many HP laser motors. It is true that some of you, for example, said that after that there were 41.5 roll separation errors and sometimes twelve Prompt.1 paper jam errors. The main reason should be thatThe magazine reaches the Lead-Edge Sensor. A time that is too fast or too slow definitely indicates this error. I got the same prblm today and I don’t know what happened to me, I checked almost everything, always very same prblm. I have confirmed that the motherboard, motor and fuser are not the reason for replacing them for testing. Cage rollers and clutch look good. Manual compartment for making one side, but not double. The guidance for 41.5 is reflected in the dual graphics on the board. 2 compartments and 3 cannot even become one-way. I opened the printer manufacturer to see if the sensor actuators were damaged or out of place, but none. I also changed these sensors, but they are still the same.
Any suggestions from people ??

When error 41.5 occurs repeatedly, I found hThe best solution is to replace the sheet feeder (the assembly behind the tray is fully assembled). The whole clutch system seems to fail sometimes, making it easier to engage the clutch, resulting in 41.5

Hello shovel. Thanks for the information. I will try to replace products behind Tray 1. The single-sided paper path for printing from Tray 1 does not pass through this assembly, but the duld on the sides passes after entering the duplexer. I have never encountered disk 1 in the input tray that caused this 41.5 error and therefore got lost in this part. But after all that has been said, I realize that this is probably the cause of error 41.5 in my new case.
