Sometimes your system may display an error code with an address and print an envelope in Outlook 2010. There can be several reasons for this problem.

Printing envelopes from Outlook contacts
Selected 1.To move your contacts view, click Contacts in the navigation pane.
2. To easily select contacts in Outlook 2010 and 2013, change the phone or email view to a list by clicking View> Change View> List. See Screenshot of Outlook:
Before doing this, click View> Current View> Phone List.
3. After selecting your contacts, click Mail Merge in the Actions group on the Home tab in Outlook and 2010 2013.
In Outlook 2007, click> Mail Merge Tools.
4. In the “Merge Email Contacts” dialog box, you need:
To: check the “Only specific contacts” box in the “Contacts” section;
B. Under Merge Configurations, select Envelopes from the Document Type drop-down list and Printer from the Merge By drop-down list. Then click OK.

How do I print an envelope from Outlook?
Hello, to print envelopes with your Outlook contacts, you can use this feature to automatically export your contact information to Word without bias. Open Outlook and let it load on your screen. Wait for the inbound email notifications to load as this is a lag behind the initial process for Outlook.
2. Save this contact to your contact details file so that you use the history function.
5. When the prompt dialog box appears, click OK.
6. In the discussion of the Mail Merge Wizard, click the Configure button.
Open Outlook and load it to your screen.From the Tools menu, choose Merge.SelectFind New Document in the Document File list.Select a configuration. The envelope options dialog box immediately loads onto your screen.Select the Printing Preferences tab and set the correct power source for the connected printer.
7. In the “Envelope Options” dialog box, set the envelope size and printer pitch separately on the “Guitar Sleeve Options” and “Print Options” tabs. Then click OK. For this important example, I’m going to set all the default options.
8. Then close the “Merge Assistant” dialog box and an empty envelope will appear. Click on it at the bottom of a blank blog site and it will almost certainly display a text box, see screenshot:
Tip In the blank field, you must enter your return as well as your shipping address.
9. Click the blank text, then click Block on the Submissions tab.
10. In the “Insert Address Block” dialog box, select the type of recipient name in the “Insert recipient name in this topic” section. Then click OK.
11. After that, your whole family will be able to see the text box, as shown in the screenshot below.
12. Click on “PreLive Preview ”for the results displayed in the“ Preview Results ”group in the“ Reduce Shipment ”section. And you click on the field and buttons to view all the addresses.
By clicking on “Preview Results”, you will see the difference, as well as:
13. Then click Finish & Merge> Print Documents on the Mailings tab.
14. In the entire Combine with Printer dialog box, select the main All field and click OK.
15. In the next print dialog box, click OK to start printing. Your envelopes with the contact information of your choice will be printed sequentially.

Print envelopes from selectedOutlook early contacts
At the bottom of the Outlook window, click People or the People icon.In the folder pane under My Contacts, simply click the contacts folder containing the call you want to print.Click File> Print.You should see a preview of the printed contacts on the right.

How do I print an address on an envelope in Outlook?
1. You create an envelope in a new report or an existing document, as you wish, in the “Document file” section;
2. Save this contact in a contact data file to use data processing functions.
