In some cases, your system may display an error that displays a welcome error in the toolbar. There can be many reasons for this problem.

I got a solution to the problem “Can’t take into account file: /// c; program% 20files / aol% 20 Toolbar / welcome.html. At least in my case (IE7 under Vista) the problem has been fixed.
The problem is in the aol installer. It adds a key so you can see the Windows Registry, which looks like this:
This key explicitly overrides some of the home page settings in IE. To make matters worse, removing AOL does NOT delete much of the registry. Every time I start IE, this key makes someone’s system check to see if there are great files deleted. Of course, the file cannot be found and it rings, which is why you see the error message.
In any case, there are two ways to fix some of them. Option 1 – delete until this key is complete. If you can do this, you should be able to return your home page to IE from the Tools / Internet Options menu.
Option 2 is to hard-code your home page URL relative to the AOL Welcome.html file name. My own wife loves AOL (god knows why), so in her time I hardcoded p An ostr that helps you get direct access to AOL. The solution now looks like this:

“First home page” = http colon forward slash forward slash www Ministry of Transport aol dot com
(Note that colons and abbreviations should be replaced with actual punctuation marks)
After some changes, when she opens IE, there really are no more error messages and her real AOL website opens immediately.
