Aboutb this issue was reported when all Internet Explorer was updated to IE 7

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
1. Close BrightStor ARCserve Backup Manager.

2. Rename the psapi.dll file located in FilesCABrightStor c: ARCserve Backup to psapi.dll.org

3. Open BrightStor Backup Arcserve Manager.
Note. The file location may differ depending on the directory where BrightStor ARCserve Backup is installed.

2. Hello I have Debbie, I have the same problem and I am using 11.5 on a 2003 server. IE7 was worth it yesterday and I got the error right away. I believe I identified the document you linked to on some CA sites:

   They say the name will be changed from “psapi.dll” to “pspi.dll.org”.
