If you are facing bacula-fd error, the guide below can help you.
Aria-label = “messages”
I recently installed the Bacula File Daemon on Windows 2012 R2 Internet, and when I tried to start the Bacula FD service, I got an error:
1067 Windows may not start the Bacula File Backup service on the local computer.Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
After searching the internet, I haven’t found a solution before. I tried to launch Bacula exactly from the CMD command line to see how these errors prevent it from starting.
C: Users Administrator> cd "C: Programs Bacula"C: Program Files Bacula>. Bacula-fd.exe -c bacula-fd.confApr 18 10:23 bacula-fd: ERROR END lib / lex at.c: 876Errorand config: Required name, received T_EOL: = : Line 38, column 10 of file C: / Program Files / Bacula / bacula-fd.conf Name =
Note that I used the “Configuration Error” error message and it displays a number on the line.

Looks like the quotes are missing. I changed the config to:
What is the version of Debian for Bacula?
Operating system: Debian 9, bacula dir, fd, sd: still duplicates 7.4.4 + dfsg-6 When trying to restore some videos (not completely) on FD, an error is displayed:
Name = "foo"
This is just an addition for now. The section could also be deleted immediately.

Hi guys ..
I have already installed the Bacula client on REHL 8 and it works great.
[root at <> racn1 ~] # bacula-fd -t /etc/init.d/bacula-fd
26-Oct 16:22 bacula-fd ERROR: TERMINATED on parse_conf.c: 835
Configuration error: Expected resource name identifier, received:.
: 12, column of line 1 of /etc/init.d/bacula-fd

Can anyone tell me what each problem is?

Do you have a bacula-fd.conf file next to your client config?
Possible locations: / etc / bacula, / opt / bacula / etc, …
[root at <> racn1 ~] # bacula-fd -t /etc/init.d/bacula-fd

-T is a hole for checking the configuration file [i] [/ i]. What you are really feeding is a set of client init scripts (script run). In case someone tries to use your bacula-fd.conf file again.

Why is Bacula FD not connected to Bacula-SD?
The deceiving causal error seems to prefer bacula-sd to return an error in bacula-fd (which could potentially mean that bacula-fd can connect to bacula-sd), but the truth is that bacula-dir got and checked bacula -dir in … fd failed to connect to bacula-sd resulting in a fatal error.
