The Asus Eee PC 1000H was one of the most popular netbooks around. Mine worked fine yesterday until it started. I panicked a little. A quick Internet search showed that your dog’s bios is damaged. I wrote an excellent article Asus 1000H PC eee Bios Recovery which explained how to disable and restore BIOS.
1. Go to the Asus support site and monitor the product packaging for 1000 hours.
2. Download Asus BIOS for 1000H. You will get any type of zip file. Download and extract information technology.
3. You will definitely find a ROM file. Rename it to 1000H.ROM or 1000HE.ROM if you are using this netbook.
4. Purchase a USB stick or SD card with a storage capacity of less than 1 GB. If you plan on using an SD card, purchase a card reader.
5. Formatted in the FAT file system. FAT32 and NTFS will not work.
6. Place the file in someone else’s root folder. Don’t worry about it, put it in a folder.
7. Remove the battery and insert any USB / SD cards with card reader. Press Alt F2 + key several times and press the power key.
8. The application will beep to inform you that it has found the BIOS. FollowSee the instructions on the screen.
9. It takes 3 to 4 seconds to turn off the flash.
