When I open the BlackBerry App World client, my BlackBerry smartphone displays a “Save” message:

BlackBerry App World cannot connect to the BlackBerry App World server. Check your fabric and write it down again.
Root Cause
Reason 1
This can happen if your BlackBerry smartphone is using the BlackBerry Internet Service Lite service plan.
Reason 2
This can happen if your BlackBerry smartphone archives the BlackBerry App World service book for use with BlackBerry 4.0-7.0 device software.
Reason 3
BlackBerry SMS with BlackBerry 6.0 and 7.0 device software has a setting that should definitely allow dangerous renegotiations that were foolishly interrupted.
Resolution
Solution for reason 1
- SetGet BlackBerry App World 3.1 or higher on the market for the best Wi-Fi connection.
- Turn on Wi-Fi on your BlackBerry phone only and set to “Connect to a wireless hotspot.”
- Contact your wireless service provider for a business plan to upgrade your Blackberry.
Solution of reason 2
Note. This permission does not hold for BlackBerry smartphones running OS Plan 7.0.1. See Resolution 3 for smartphone operating systems with BlackBerry version 7.0.1.
In BlackBerry 4.0-5.0 device software:
- Go to Options> Advanced Options> Service Catalog. Confirm once inside that the BlackBerry App World Center Book [APPWORLD] exists.
For BlackBerry OS versions 6-7
- Go to Device Settings >> Advanced System Settings> Service Catalog. Confirm once internally that a specific BlackBerry App World service directory [APPWORLD] exists.
Solution of reason 3
Change the setting to make the claim insecure by doing the following:
- From the home screen of your BlackBerry smartphone, selectSelect Options.
- From this dedicated menu of options, select Security.
- Then select Advanced Security Options.
- Select TLS
- next to Allow unsecured renegotiation. Make sure the box is checked to enable this option.

- Turn on Wi-Fi on your BlackBerry smartphone only and set up any type of wireless connection. access point.
