The Explorer 11 IT Consulting Application will be discontinued and will no longer be supported on June 15, 2022 (just specify the length, see the FAQ ). The same IE11 apps, and therefore the websites you use today, can be opened in Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge. More information here .

I’ve always tried to install IE9 on my W7 64-bit system and it wouldn’t reinstall, freeze without error, tried multiple times, freeze at boot time and had to make complete mistakes. Exit Step Manager.
Perform a startup cleanup with msconfig, paste steps 1 and 2 to the site below, restart your computer and rebuild IE9 in time.
Step 1. Run the system setup program. Click Start, type msconfig related to the Search Launcher, then press Enter Media Channels.
If you are already prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or provide confirmation.
Step 2. Configure Selective Launch Options
In that particular System Configuration Utility dialog box, on the General tab, click Selective Startup.
Click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
Click the Services tab.
Select the Microsoft check box to hide almost all services.
Click Disable All, then click OK.

Sometimes I need to use IE 9 (useful on Windows x64) for a specific website. However, in the past few weeks, it looks like Microsoft has removed the option to download the IE9 installer for Windows 5? I can still get it for Vista x86 x64, otherwise it won’t help me.
Does anyone know of any legal resources where I can get them? It seems like every website link pointing to IE 9 for Windows has been mysteriously removed on microsoft.com

If you absolutely need to downgrade a website, the option to repair IE 9 is to uninstall that IE11, then “upgrade” IE10 and you’ll have to go back to IE9. Programs and Features (appwiz.cpl), click Installed Updates and scroll down to find Internet Explorer 11.
Edit: If that fails, IE9 technology should be basically the same for Vista x64. Vista / Win7 / Server 2008 fall into roughly the same category.

I would try, but I missed it after 9, so I’m going to re On 8 .. Does Vista install 64-bit fail?
