Here are some easy ways to help you fix the Vista Start Menu color change issue.

- Right-click your computer and click an empty space (usually do not click any part of the taskbar or icons). A diet should appear.
- Select Properties from this menu.

- Click Apply View, and then select a new view for the taskbar. Once the taskbar is configured the way you want, click OK next to all the dialog boxes. It should be so that recording occurs when the color of the taskbar changes, I would say the start button always stays green.

- Start the computer and give the visitor some free space (do not click the icons anywhere on the status bar or taskbar). A menu should appear.
- Select Customize from these menus.
- From the new menu for this skin, select the Colors and Appearance option.
- Click the desired color and attributes.
- Click OK and the color of the taskbar will change.
Ease of Access Center usually replaces the accessibility options in Control Panel.
Open Ease of Access Center. Press Windows logo key + U, click Control Panel + Ease of Access + Easy Access Center.

To change the color of the message, such as the color of the text in a window, press Alt + R, or press Select Time for Color, press Alt + O. directly select “Other”»And open the color grid.
Press Alt + B to select primary colors and use the arrow keys in combination with the space bar or click to select a color.
