Sometimes, your system may display an error indicating computer video troubleshooting. This error can be caused by a number of reasons.

Sound Problems
No Sound

Microphone Problems

If your microphone is not working or the volume is too high or too low:

- macOS:. On the menu. Apple .. select a person .. Select the microphone you want to use. Adjust the output volume at the bottom of the window if your microphone is loud or possibly weak.

- Android: any headset, then restart your device. If the problem persists, contact your campus support center.
Video Problems

If you can’t find online video conferencing, presentations, or written content:

Problems With The Camera
If other people are having trouble watching videos or screens you blog on your device:
- Windows: If you have a new good external camera, unplug it and then plug it back in.
For all types of hardware, ensure that all associated applications (including mechanisms and drivers) are fully up to date. Device drivers for external cameras are usually available on the manufacturer’s website.
Video streaming issues, such as YouTube videos not playing correctly, can be caused by web browser settings, filter packs, or poor internet connection. Problems with game video files may mean that you need different software. DVD or Blu-ray playback problems can definitely be caused by faulty hardware.
