Convert FAT32 To NTFS
Before starting the process, make sure you have a few GB of free space as the conversion will take up space.
Just open a Command Prompt window by quickly typing commands into Windows Search.
Enter make followed by drive letter: / fs: ntfs. As indicated, replace the drive letter with the equivalent of the drive being converted (c, r, or whatever). Press Enter to start the process.

Option 2: Reformat the disk
If your company is running low on data on disk, your best bet is to copy all of the data on the disk to another location, reformat the disk, and then copy the data back. All you have to do is right click on the bull and select Format.
