Steps to Fix Directadmin Roundcube Database Error

You may have encountered an error code indicating a Directadmin Roundcube database error. There are several ways to solve this problem, and we will deal with that next. g.One of these error messages is “Database error: CONNECTION WRONG” in Roundcube. This error is mainly related to a malfunctioning database in the device. Also, it is mostly displayed when you try to log into Roundcube. All updates prepared in DirectAdmin may also fail with these errors.

If you are using native Apache, remember the following. If you are using a customized version, keep the following in mind.

If you are unable to log into Roundcube when this ERROR appears: Error:

DATABASE CONNECTION FAILED!

Then proceed as follows:

Enter the following:

cat /usr/local/directadmin/conf/mysql.Get conf

for each of our mysql logins / passwords.

Enter the following:

mysql -uda_admin -ppassword

where da_admin / password is the username / password output from mysql.conf.

Once in the MySQL database, enter DATABASE:

DROP da_roundcube;
Close

when the database is minimized and MySQL is no longer available, type:

cd / usr / local / directadmin / custombuild
./ Building a round cube

The problem with Roundcube is the inability to connectI am accessing the MySQL database.

The first step is to update Roundcube with your current order below

 / usr / local / cpanel / bin / update-roundcube --force

If there is still no order in it, try updating it after deleting the product database.

   mysql -e "remove the cube from the database";

directadmin roundcube database error

 / usr / local / cpanel / bin / update-roundcube --force

If the additional solution does not work, try uninstalling and uninstalling it completely

mysql -e “Delete Roundcube Database”;

rm -rf / usr / local / cpanel / base / 3rdparty / roundcube

/ usr / local / cpanel / bin / update-roundcube – forced

The problem is that Roundcube really can’t connect to the MySQL database.

 / usr / local / cpanel / bin / update-roundcube --force

If it still doesn’t work, try replacing it after deleting the database.

   mysql -e "Shrinking Roundcube's client base";

 / usr / local / cpanel / bin / update-roundcube --force

If the second solution doesn’t work either, try downloading and completely updating it

DATABASE ERROR: Connection failed!
Unable to connect to your database!
Contact your server administrator.
Has anyone else had such a big problem? Personally, I’m not entirely sure if the DA was configured correctly, because my settings don’t always look like this if you want to work like most users, or if it’s documented.

But I am looking for steps to fix this and would appreciate any help on this. Thanks

Has anyone else had this problem? Personally, I’m not entirely sure if DA was set up correctly from the start, as my setup doesn’t always work like most users, or is documented in all of the docs.

I had this problem occasionally and found that restarting the MySQL server fixed the problem. I would like to know why, but perhaps these services will get you back to work

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to this database!
Contact your server administrator.
Does anyone else have a problem with the idea? Personally, I’m not entirely sure who the DA was forset up correctly at first, as my setup doesn’t always work the way most users do, or is described in relation to the docs.

But I really have to look for this and this problem, would appreciate any help on this. Thanks

I had this problem occasionally and found that restarting the mail server fixed the problem. I want to know why, but maybe it helps to get it working again

Does anyone else have this problem? Personally, I never know if AD was configured exactly from the start, as my device setup still works like most patients, or is documented.
