Nuance provides me with the current full version of the software even though message 1722 is still present.

If you’ve added the latest KnowBrainer Commands (not included in your first boot), there are 6 reasons to factor in Error 1722 when you say Quick Tips for <1722>. Unless you are using the latest additional commands , click “Quick Tips” by pressing Ctrl + F, then typing “1722” (without quotes) and pressing any Enter key.
If you need to reinstall Dragon, you should first uninstall Dragon (to keep the activations), run DPI15Cleaner and even reinstall it. If you need to use Cleaner in general, consider temporarily moving the default folder C: ProgramData Nuance NaturallySpeaking15 Users (your username) to a safe location, especially on the Windows desktop.
