This blog post will help you if you notice a Dynamics crm 2011 license error.
Yesterday I had some kind of stupidity. Luckily, I knew exactly what the problem was as soon as I prepared it.
I wanted to add a user to the organization so that I can log into CRM as a different user with different appropriate security and see what they can do.
I added a user, and before I could add a security role, I was unable to log in and complained that I did not have the correct security role. Hmmm, what if someone deletes the user (they can do that because three systems went down, if there was only one admin and my user was that customer, they can’t be deleted).
The next thing I realized is that the person next to me cannot connect to the internet, and in fact one of them probably won’t connect.
CRM was completely disabled again, third time this week with 3 different CRM 2011 installations, although this time it was my fault.
I added this visitor to my DEV, the CRM organization is usually on a different server.
I was researching an issue with the CRM Server 2011 in case a log appears. Can Change tracing errors and .NET.

Then I looked at the user in the current CRM application pools. This was the client I wanted to add to CRM. It was also the user who managed the CRM services.
Oh, I recently added a CRM service account as a wonderful 2011 CRM user.
for those who don’t know (or don’t know yet) CRM 2011: never add a CRM product and service account to an organization, everything will be planned. The CRM service account CANNOT exist in the CRM organization. This important message is in bold in our own CRM setup instructions, oops.
ecLib :: RetrievePrivilegeForUser failed. The user is definitely not assigned a role. Returned 60 minute block = -2147209463, user: [User ID]
The system crashes if you add an account that is changed in CRMAppPool as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user
If the CRM user is very attached to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM generated, the reader does not have a default security role. Since the CRM service account is assigned to the newly created user, the CRM service cannot bel started in general. As a result, the system crashes.
This behavior is intentional. The create account that CRMAppPool belongs to in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user is not supported.
Save your CRM work account as a dedicated service account.
What I really would like to do is remove the user from the service account of everything in the CRM organization, but I could not browse the internet to do this, I could not figure out what it was. ”The target was discovered. the most important tables in the SQL database, and this capacity will not be supported, so this was not the best option.
So I had to actively add the pending user to the directory (you might be able to use another already configured user), I impersonate the previous user. Then I clicked ADD / DELETE and Programs, then CRM and selected Restore.
I then entered this particular new user into the service account when I chose to repair. I had to bind the user to the workhis table. Read here how to do it.
After the completion of the repair of CRM 2011, CRM 2011 was ready to work again. Fixing this is easier than improving all the places where the CRM account is used and it can certainly change some other settings of the SQL database and any Active Directory groups.
I’m pretty sure why adding a service website in CRM 2011 is causing this error, although I think it’s mostly a little too unambiguous with permissions. If you add a user, it starts without a user role, this may mean that some tables cannot be read normally, which is necessary for the service account to function properly.
Luckily, I was able to fix CRM 2011 pretty quickly before anyone started complaining, but the reason was that I did it at 5:15 AM, so most people weren’t up to it. Home but had to stay forty-five minutes longer? change it after work.
