when I try to open mysql in windows cmd by typing it directly into mysql. the following error occurs.
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for ODBC user @ localhost (with password: then no)
and doing similar research I found a workaround using C:> mysql -u root -p
and then entering the password, mysql
does its job. But when I close and become receptive, the same problem comes up again.
One last thing: I have created a user with administrator rights. but when I try to open mysql using C:> mysql --user = admin --password = root
command the following error occurs:
C: Users abhay kumar> mysql --user = admin --password = rootERROR 1045 (28000): access denied to user admin @ localhost (with password: NO)

For some reason, the ODBC user might be the default Windows username, even if you didn’t create that user during installation. just type
mysql
without specifying a username, probably trying to log in with a non-existent ODBC username and typing:
Error 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ‘ODBC’ @ ‘localhost’ (with: NO)
mysql -u root -p
where -u root
is the username root
and -p
help to create a password prompt.

You must create any type of “ODBC” user for MySql without anyone. Do it in PHPMyAdmin. This will definitely solve your problem.
But remember, this is just your new local development environment, no problem. Create is usually a serious vulnerability in your development environment.

I know this question was asked three years ago, but I just solved this problem myself. I used outfile
and got an error. When I commented on this part of the request, it was accepted.
The FILE
right is different from all others and must be granted to the user running the script.
ALLOW FILE ON *. * TO 'asdfsdf' @ 'localhost';

If you are probably using dj-database-url, check the schema in someone else’s DATABASES
'default': dj_database_url.config (default = 'mysql: // USER: PASSWORD @ localhost: PORT / NAME')
mysql -u user -p
