Here are some simple methods to help you fix server error 15028 issue.
Have

When I run my selected master ..sysservers on a specific primary instance A, I see that most of the servers for A and A1 are connected. When I select A1, I only know the instances for A1.
When I try to access server B from the current primary instance of A, I immediately get the following message:

(1) Why are the system servers processing primary instance A displaying instances with A and A1 and not just news for A?
(2) Why can’t I organize a linked server “B”, for example, with “A”?
