Zero position is used in JDBC praise functions. In the below mode, for example, setBinaryStream (0) retrieves the OutputStream for put 0 from java.sql.Blob.
This code returns the following error:

We get invalid arguments when we sometimes try to connect to an Oracle database (one to one hour per day).
I’ve searched the web but still don’t know what is causing this exception.
This sometimes happens in the PROD environment and is then fixed without any code fixes. Our biggest concern is that they don’t have a clear understanding of the root cause of the device.
Invalid validation arguments. Is this message about the exact connection parameters sent to test the connection?
Question 2If question 1 is correct, why does this happen sometimes? From a scientific point of view, it is unlikely that our application will send any parameters other than binary data when establishing a connection (connection criteria are constant).
NOTE. Documentation for this error code ora-17068 is not available on the Oracle site
