We can also diagnose and fix various common Outlook problems. If our application cannot solve your problem for you, or if you would like to solve it yourself, skip to the next section.
Sometimes add-ins have problems with Outlook. If you start Outlook in a safe way that starts Outlook with no add-ins loaded, you can determine if there is a problem with the add-in.
Start Outlook in Safe Mode

Select Start> Run.

Log into Outlook / safe and click OK.

In the Select 18 Yard Profiles dialog box, keep the Outlook default in addition to clicking OK.

WhenWhen prompted, enter your password and select Accept.
If Outlook starts in efficient mode, the problem is likely with one of your add-ins. All add-ins must be disabled before restarting Outlook.
Disable add-ins

In the upper left corner of Outlook, select File> Options> Add-Ins.

At the bottom of the View and Cop Office add-in, ensure that COM add-ins are displayed in the Control fields, then select Go.

If COM add-ins are opening for the current add-in database, do the following as a precaution:

Manually check the box for each selected add-on listed in the Available Add-ons section.

Take a screenshot of the property page and save the image anywhere you choose.

Capturing the titles of the selected superRoek, clear all the selected fields and click “OK”.

- 1. Download Fortect and install it on your computer
- 2. Launch the program and click "Scan"
- 3. Click "Repair" to fix any issues that are found
Attention: click on the registration form to delete it. Do not select this add-on or click Remove. If you have administrator rights, you can uninstall this particular add-on. For this troubleshooting exercise, you want to disable the add-in, not uninstall it.

Select File> Exit.
Start over

Select Start> Run and type Outlook in the Open box.
Note. If the program loads carefully, one of the add-ons could be the source of the error. Hence, you must identify the add-in. To determine which add-on is problematic, keep one add-on at a time.

In the upper-left corner of Outlook, select File> Options> Add-Ins.

Check the box next to the important add-on you want to reactivate, then think OK.

More or less repeat all the steps until you re-enable all original add-ons and encounter a purchase error.
Important! Remember, if Outlook opens in a safe state, you saw the add-in you just identified as the source of the error.

Restart Outlook and remove the included add-in that is causing the problem, then start Outlook.

Be sure to follow the restart-disable-restart process for every add-in that was first enabled in Outlook. The error can usually be caused by multiple add-ins.

How do you know that you are in Safe Mode? You will see a sticker similar to the one below at the top of the screen.

Important! Remember, every time you open Outlook in Safe Mode, the newly activated add-in will appear as the source of the error.

Restart Outlook and disable our add-in you enabled to fix the problem that caused you, then start Outlook.

Select the “restart-disable-restart” extension option for each add-in originally installed in Outlook. The error can be caused by multiple add-ins.
Your profile contains Outlook settings. Sometimes this page can get damaged. You can determine if creating a new profile might damage it and also change the profile used when Outlook starts.

To get the control panel, do one of the following:

In Windows Vista or Windows 7, select Start> Control Panel…

Quick fixes. Check your internet connection.Activate offline work.Update Outlook.Check your Outlook mail server settings.Start Outlook in Safe Mode.Create a new profile.Recover Outlook data files.Remove settings from the Navigation Pane.
Close all Office applications.Go to Start> Control Panel.Select View by Category.In the “Programs” section, select “Uninstall a program”.Right-click Microsoft Office and select Modify.Choose “Internet Repair” or “Repair”.Restart Outlook when the action is complete.
This issue can occur if Outlook is installed in compatible mode. 2) Right click Outlook.exe, then click Properties, then click the Compatibility tab. Make sure you check any of these compatibility mode options.
