I am progressing in Ubuntu and I may have had 1 error because when I try to create an encrypted volume I get the word “VeraCrypt Error: Failed to get file system statistics (Error 2: No such file or no such directory) . ” This error is displayed on the Volume Size page with the text “Free space available: 0 B”. However, this message is due to the file manager indicating that there are 22.9 GB of free space left on the hard drive. Get
I am getting a different error when I try to mount a Veracrypt container created on another machine. In this case, the message is: “fuse: Invalid mount point ‘MESSAGES/libc.mo’: No such file submission site or”.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to fix any mistake here.

PPA is 1.14, latest available version is 1.16. He says that many should not care. I mentioned this in full because I don’t see a post in the PPA for VeraCrypt. More on this later*.
1. The first bug has been reported from time to time since the latest version of TrueCrypt. It looks like you didn’t select a region for your encrypted file. The full path is considered mandatory. 2. Secondly, the error is unusual. Are you sure this is a VeraCrypt volume and not a similar volume found in an older version of TrueCrypt?
* I also tested the current version from the official site by creating a file via an external hard drive in NTFS format (the most stressful scenario), then opening it and everything worked as expected.
