How do you fix an unrecognized ink cartridge?
Solution 2 – Check which cartridge is causing the problem Remove any new cartridges you have installed and install old replacement (blank) cartridges that worked. Restart the printer, this should resolve the unrecognized error (and distinguish some from blank ones). Install one with new cartridges.

Reason
Why does my printer say low ink when I refill it?
After a factory reset, and even after a reinstall, this low ink message may still be displayed. All Printel ink cartridges are fully charged. You are seeing this message simply because my cartridge chip failed to completely reset. So you can ignore the message.

REDIAL
The machine is waiting to redial the recipient’s number because the line was busy or the recipient sometimes did not answer when you tried to send the document.
Please wait while the device automatically redials the number. If You want to cancel redialling and wait for the device to turn on automatically start dialing, content [stop/reset], then follow instructions on the LCD screen. You can also delete the document for storage reasons.
BLACK INK CHANGED?
The machine will ask you if you have filled the black ink tank.
If you have replaced a specific black ink bottle, press [<]. Otherwise press [>].
BLACK LOW
The ink level in the inkjet printer’s black ink tank has always been low.
Make sure you have a new black and white ink bottle ready to replace your old one when you run out of ink. If the machine stops while printing copies or photos, you can resume printing by raising [Set]. However, this note-taking ink might work. If print quality deteriorates or all prints are blank, replace the ink tanks.
BUSY/NO SIGNAL
The phone number you dialed is busy.
Try resending the document later.
The fax number was incorrect.
Check our fax number and dial it again.
The recipient’s fax is not working.
Contact the recipient and bring the fax with receipts.
This assumes the recipient is not using a G3 device.
Contact the person and ask them to send or purchase a document using the G3.
Your device’s pitch/rotation setting is incorrect.
Set the device to the setting that best suits your phone line.
The receiving fax model has not responded to redial within 55 minutes (after all automatic retries).
Contact the recipient and ask them to check their fax machine as well. To call abroad, add pauses to a well-registered number.
THIS CAN’T USE MAP POWER OFF AND ON
You have inserted a damaged or incompatible memory card into the slot.
Remove the memory card from the card slot, then turn offTurn it off and on again.
CARD READER BUSY
Attempted to start printing photos while the greeting card slot was in use by the computer.
Please wait until the card slot is fully used by the computer.
CARTRIDGE TRAFFIC
The production guard’s head cannot move. This is usually caused by a paper jam.
Remove any jammed paper or anything blocking the front print media, then press [Set]. Do not attempt to manually move the scalp support.
MODIFY PAPER FORMAT: FAX
The paper size is set to something other than Letter, possibly A4.
Set the paper size setting to Notification or A4 and load paper of the same size frequently. Thus, the received fax is automatically printed.
CHECK PAPER SIZE CLICK INSTALL
The type of paper in the MP tray and the setting specified in the paper type are different.
Correct the paper size or change the paper size setting. Then click [Install].
CHECKL PRINTER
For some reason, the host can’t work.
Turn the device off and then on again.
CLEAR JAM PRESS THE PAPER SETTING BUTTON
There is a daily number of outstanding messages.
Clear the paper jam and reload the MP tray. Click [Install].
COLOR INK CHANGED?
The machine will ask if you have replaced all the color ink tanks.
If you have replaced the ink tank, [<]. If you haven't already, [>] press .INK
LOW color
The color ink tank is probably low on ink.
Make sure you have a new color toner bottle ready to replace the used one when you run out of ink. If the recipient stops while printing, copying, or taking a photo, you can resume printing by pressing [Set]. However, this ink note can bleed. If the print quality has deteriorated or the document is blank, replace the ink
