For me this had previously been disabled by FireFox due to conflicts, unfortunately it was causing flash issues even when disabled. When I removed the growth or plugin, Flash worked fine.
It could be the same, or a different plugin, or maybe an extension causing the problem, FireFox zones are told to disable it, but this turned out to be unnecessary since disabling it for a specific RealPlayer – the plugin doesn’t matter. completely removed to see what the difference is.
