If Microsoft Outlook is not responding or opens, you can open it by following a few simple instructions. Outlook is delayed or unavailable is a common new problem for most users.

By default, Outlook updates the system registry so that new extensions you install work, if so. Method 7. Disable Add-ins In Safe Mode (all Versions Of Outlook)
This is a common occurrence for any version of Outlook from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2016. This is because certain add-ins will no doubt conflict with your version of Outlook. This is even more relevant now that legacy add-ins are likely installed in recent versions of Outlook.
Note. If you installed the ABBYY FineReader add-in before this error occurred, follow these steps to uninstall it Build from your version of Outlook.
