Follow these steps to specify text for automatic replies to email messages when you are out of the office. Outlook will only reply once from a specific sender within a specified time period if you reply automatically and it is turned on. If the sender of the email sends you another email, they shouldn’t receive another automatic reply. You can now receive automatic replies continuously or over a period of time, and set up two breaks for people inside or outside the university.
- In the upper left corner of the File tab, select Automatic Replies (None)> Send Automatic Replies.

You can also add rules to automaticYour company’s response.
