Hello I am having this problem and these error codes:
0X000000C2 0X00000040, 0X00000000, 0X80000000, 0X00000000
Any help is appreciated – it still happens by accident, it seems when I try to open a music or video file it launches it to show a blue screen and also the above error code when using “Bad Pool Caller”
I have proven the following:
found all the material
nothing new added
no new software
repair with my own disc
Booted straight into Safe Mode and ran antivirus and malewarebytes
considered stopping all software startup processes to isolate the culprit
updated all my Windows changes – SP3 and Flash just today
Every time I have the opportunity to open iTunes or open a video file – right on the burgundy screen

Typically a key is required to trigger a message such as “Press ESC to enter settings.” Gravity can also be F1, DEL, f2, or F10. If you don’t know at least which one, try them all. Be sure to press multiple keys during startup. If you need to see the Windows logo that you know isn’t working, try again.
