When an application wants to make itself available on the network, it requests a TCP / IP port, whichmeans mov cannot be used by anything else. How do I check open ports to see which application is already running?
The IP address identifies a computer or third-party device on the network. When traffic from one smartphone is forwarded to another, the IP address can be used to unambiguously route that traffic to the right place. Once the traffic reaches the desired location, the device needs to know which application or service to send internet traffic to. This is where niches come in. While an IP address is comparable to a postman’s mailing address, a port, like a particular method, is the name of the person at the crime scene who receives the mail. In most cases, you don’t need to worry about ports. But from time to time, you may come across an application configured to listen for traffic on a similar port that another application is already using in its functions. In this case, you need to identify the application that already has a port, which is unfortunately in use.
There are several ways to find out which application is blocking the best port, but we checkedWe walk you through some built-in instructions that use the command line and now give you some great free software that makes it even better. Just power. All of these methods should work no matter what version you are using on Windows.

We have two commands for displaying a person. The first lists the active ports with the name of the process that is using them. In most cases, the command will probably work fine. However, sometimes the title of the summary does not help determine which mobile application or service the port is actually connected to. In these cases, you will need to go back to the list of active ports with their step IDs and then find these operations in the task manager.
