Sometimes your computer may display the message about hresult 0x8002802f. There are many reasons that can cause this problem.

Could you remind me if you installed Office 2003 or Visual Studio .NET 2003?
Remove any components that were installed as a result of a failed installation of Visual using the Studio 2010 uninstaller.
You can see the “Offline Installation ISO Image File” option, select it and select your language.
Close or close windows update (but enable window update service) before configuring.
Check if any anti-virus or anti-spyware applications are running. Make sure they are rotated during installation.

Run the installer as an administrator: right-click the installer> Run supervisor as.
