Symptoms
After Applying Updates to Vulnerability in Windows User Profile Service May Allow Elevation of Privilege: January 13, 2015 (MS15-003) , the following issues occur:

Profiles are not loaded the first time a user logs on to the system. Or, you can log on to the laptop where the policy deletion cached the profile for the date range when you log off.
Note
Connections using mandatory virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for users or profiles may also be affected.

Profiles nDo not load users if the connection is recorded using cached user profiles.

Services not because startup occurs due to profile loading errors. These are the following services:
- Local Service
- Network Service
- MSSQL
When this issue occurs, related events are logged. events recorded in the event viewer .

Reason
Update 3021674 added access controls for the Ntuser.dat and Usrclass.dat files.
Resolution

Check if the READ flag is set only in the NTUSER.DAT or USERCLASS.DAT file for the profile, loading does not work.
New user profiles are based on C: users default at firstlogin to your account. If the profiles are not loaded with signatures why are the same as those described in the Symptoms section, check if the read-only effect for NTUSER.DAT and USRCLASS.DAT is enabled in the files in the profile directory for most users. Essential or Essential Service Accounts.
NTUSER.DAT for Windows Vista and later versions of Windows is located in the C: users default ntuser.dat folder. Previous networks work has other paths, for example C: Documents and therefore Settings
ntuser.dat. The USRCLASS.DAT file is usually located in a path such as And c: documents Settings
Local Settings Application Data Microsoft Windows UsrClass.dat or C: Users AppData Local Microsoft Windows. In Windows Explorer, right-click the NTUSER.DAT or USRCLASS file to point to the correct default user for the cached user profile. The read-only test compartment must be emptied. If this notorious checkbox is checked, it will cause errors when filling out the profile.

Check NTFS file system permissions that set DAT or USERCLASS.DAT file on NTUSER only in cached profile directory that does not allow uploading.
