Do one or both of the following: To pin the OneNote desktop application, typically right-click the OneNote icon, select More, and then Pin to Taskbar. To pin each OneNote for Windows 10 app, right-click the entire OneNote for Windows 10 icon, mostly More, then click Pin to pin the taskbar.
Today I was in the Microsoft Office 2010 beta folder and accidentally clicked on the OneNote beta. Now when I log into my account, I see some small OneNote icons on the taskbar. I tried to close by right clicking, but every time I login, what you need. I’ve tried msconfig too. And exe, I cannot find it that far. To help?

Here are the ways to get rid of it. Just start OneNote, click the File tab in the upper left corner and select Options. Now select the “View” tab and sn Start by unchecking the box that you know OneNote should place in the notification area on the taskbar. Ready!

Use the OneNote icon in the Windows browse pane Here’s how you can state it. Click the Windows button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then click Settings. In the current Windows Settings window, look for Select the icons that appear on the taskbar. Next to the Send to OneNote tool, click the toggle button to On.
Start Onenote> Click File Options – – View.
Disable the first option, “Place OneNote icon in the notification area of the taskbar”
This should remove the taskbar icon from the notification area.

Where is the screen clipping icon in OneNote?
The OneNote icon does not appear in the Product Selector on the taskbar. Me too – the little “up arrow” doesn’t actually contain the screen cropping icon, or there is money in the registry that looks like “screen clipping” and Windows + Shift + S doesn’t do anything either. I am using Windows Surface Pro 4, Office 365

The taskbar is usually located at the bottom of the desktop, but you can also access it from the side or top of the desktop. When the taskbar is safely unlocked, you can reposition it.
