When installing Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 (11.5608.5606) on my new computer I found output through Outlook. I used it effectively on my old laptop. Is your account type Exchange or pop3?
If it is a Pop3 account, please check the export of the PST file and at this point create a new profile for this statement, and then import the PST file to fix the problem with the following method.
