Step 1. Make Sure The Computer Has Completed The Initial Power-on (POST)

- Click “Yes” on any confirmation window.
- Click to reboot the system after successful recovery.
- If customers receive error messages during this time, follow the onscreen instructions to resolve the error.
Step 9. Use The Clean Boot Troubleshooter To Isolate The Entire Software Problem
