To run a diagnosistick PSA, turn on your computer and water filters, and then repeatedly press the F12 key at the Dell logo screen. This will launch a one-time boot menu. Press F8 in front of the Windows start screen. First, turn on or wake up your computer.Select the option for Windows Vista Safe Mode. Now inYou should see the Advanced Boot Options screen.Wait for the Windows files to load.Log in with an excellent administrator account.Make the necessary changes in safe mode.
Start your computer.
Immediately after the Dell proprietary screen disappears, press the f8 key on the keyboard until a special Windows menu for additional options appears on the screen, try again.
Select safe mode and the reporters will intervene.
Log on to the system as a full administrator or as a user with administrator rights.
In this case, if your computer won’t start, click to actually enter Safe Mode.

Why is my Windows Vista computer not booting?
Without a doubt, here are some ways to indicate that Windows Vista won’t start: If the computer won’t start, it gets in the way as if it were starting because the processor fan is running and the LEDs might be on. It can also read CD-ROMs, but you cannot boot from CD.
Note: Try to recover from the last return with a dot. If the problem persists, try using the penultimate fillpoint until you find a restore link that fixes the problem. You really need to reinstall any software that was installed after the selected restore point.
Restart your computer.
During itc (after the Dell logo screen disappears) press F8 until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
Press the down arrow until Repair your computer is highlighted, and then press Enter.
In the System Recovery Options window, select the desired language and click “Next “.
Log in as a user with administrator rights and also click OK.
From the “Choose a data recovery tool” menu, click “System Restore”.
Click Next on the System Restore window.
Select the Show again points older than 5 days check box to see a complete list of restore points.
Click to select a restore point.
Click Next, then Finish.
Click “Yes” on any confirmation window.
Click to reboot the system after successful recovery.
If customers receive error messages during this time, follow the onscreen instructions to resolve the error.
A program or even an application can interfere with the normal Windows startup process.
