Hello! I registered on the Neowin forums to answer this thread! The same problem bothered me for hours! After several hours of searching the internet, I found a solution. Was it a guest post on PCReview.co.uk that said:
“I noticed that Gdiplus.dll was the first” Not Found “file in the folder at the end
C: Windows WinSxs x86_Microsoft.Windows.Gdiplus_65 95b64144ccfldf_1.0.2600.2180_x-ww_522f9f82 . So, I found the current version of this file on my hard drive and copied it to the end of the folder chain.
BINGO! All 6 of my problem video programs, key phrases, including Windows Media
Player 10 is then ready to go. Microsoft owes me 85 hours of time. “
After reading this, I took the course and found that the last folder of my computer contains nothing. I found the working machine without getting the error 0xc0000034, same story, and found that there was indeed a Gdiplus.dll file in the same folder on the working machine Steps. I copied the Gdiplus.dll file to the kickstick and just put the driver in the same folder as my computer – also without rebooting – almost all applications work as they should! Success!
Note. The WinSxs file hasmultiple x86_Microsoft.Windows.Gdiplus folders – be sure to select the only one with the exact name, as shown above.
I bought this computer about two months ago. After about a month, I uploaded almost all of my photos there and got everything from Onedrive. It was good to work with a little special time. I literally left the room to grab a blank DVD to record all this understanding. When I returned, the screen was denim. I pressed the start button and the number 1 appeared on a terrible blue screen with this message:

I have no backup: neither this data nor the operating system.
I had exactly this problem last 2 nights installing Vista on your SP2 computer. Bitdefender warns that 2 common Trojans have been removed. On restart after installing SP2, BSOD is generated with !! 0xc0000034 !! Guilt. Fortunately, after you reboot that particular computer, Vista gives you the option to launch the recovery feature instead of going directly to Windows. After performing the restore function 2 or 3 times, the site gives you the option to regenerate earlier.
I’ll use BitDefender to figure out why SP2 is crashing … just to see if it is due to a lot of these false positives. It may have been mentioned in other forums that virus protection takes a long time to turn off and intensifies at boot time. Signals when there is usually something of value from them.
If anyone has a suitable solution, I’d love to hear it.
