How to uncheck outgoing emails in Norton AntiVirus?

In Eyeport Email Antivirus Scan, under Scan What, uncheck Scan email from phone. Click Apply. In the Security Requirements window, select Persistent from the drop-down menu and click OK. In the Email Virus Scan window, click OK. Click Close.

Why is Norton not scanning my outgoing emails?

I checked the email analytics building again and it was still set up to not scan my outgoing emails, was that the current language? I had no idea and started a chat session with Norton anyway. The guy on the other end of the phone helped me a lot and took control of my laptop remotely.
