Today’s guide is written to help you if you receive an error notification that you cannot update or remove documents from the error message.

    Copied from Lotus Notes Knowledgebase:
    “This error occurs when reputation is listed in an Access Control List (ACL)
    hierarchically (for example, Doe / CAM / Lotus). Example,
    John Doe). »

    I’ve expanded the author fields to display them hierarchically, but editors still get an incredible error message.

    Has anyone had the same experience with the solution you found?

    Did you use the script? and dropped all field property names and changed isAuthors
    after IT? You should.

    I think everyone should use the canonical construct, not the short
    format.

    If your user is in a different domain (its @ domain part is different from your server name), then it should be added to the zone. If your user is local, for example @domain * part * should * be omitted.

    Finally, I expect you to hide the names in the group, and then
    anywhere. you can specify an alternate spelling of the user (see the username in his document in PNAB) but I probably haven’t tried it.

    I’ve moved the author fields so that they appear hierarchically almost everywhere, but the
    editors still get the same error message.

    Have you used the software and reset the property level names of the isAuthors
    fields after making the changes? You need it.

    I think in general you should use the canonical format, not the short
    .

    If the personal user is in a different Dominion (with a part of the @ domain other than the
    name of your server), this must also be entered in this field. If your
    user is usually local, the @domain * must * part is omitted It’s okay.
