24.1.1 Windows 7 Desktops Cannot Recognize Domain And Forest Functional Levels MMC In OES 2018 Or Later

DSfW in OES 2018, or it can be configured at a Windows 2012 domain or forest functional level. If the connected workstation is a Windows 7 SP1 domain or earlier, it will not be able to determine the domain functional level and forest functional level using the MMC.
